What can I do if I forgot my Feretina password?
You forgot password? You can reset it using your email address, phone number or Facebook account (if you loged iny with Facebook). If you're not able to reset your password this way, contact Us.I can´t locate my Feretina account, I forgot my username!
If you can't locate your account after entering your username:
- Watch out are you entering your username correctly.
- Don't include the @ symbol when entering your username.
- If you think that your username somehow changed as a result of your account being compromised:
- Check your email if maybe you got a notification that your account information was changed. Hurry up to tray to reset your account with email, or phone.
- Ask a friend to visit your profile and take a screenshot of your username.
I think my Feretina accoun has been hacked!
If you think that mabe your account has been hacked or taken over, there are several steps you may be able to take to secure your account. First try all avobe mentioned actions to recover your account, if that doesn´t help. Contact our support team.
